that's really not the kind of eye gaze mouse control I have going with Mill Mouse, or GazePoint. I downloaded Optikey Mouse to test out how that works, and. However, it's accuracy is a bit less reliable and as it functions in all windows, you might need to get used to a little "kentucky windage" to click the smaller targets. ![]() For use in general, it is a bit slower at default to click than Gazepoint, but that can be changed. Mill Mouse on the other hand, while requiring some changes in the settings for responsiveness and in-game settings for sensitivity, allows us to keep still while looking forward, and turn reliably looking at screen edges. Though for general PC application, gazepoint was snappy and relatively easy to use in Tobii applications. ![]() Gazepoint had odd behavior in Borderlands 3, a constant violent wobble when trying to just look forward, and an inability to fully commit to turning. I've tried Gazepoint and Mill Mouse, though for my intent (allowing my disabled fiancee better control of FPS games not designed specifically with eye tracking in mind) I've found that Mill Mouse works very well.
